Kid's Ministry
Infants to 5th Grade - 0 to 11 years old
We’re excited to welcome you and your child(ren) to this ministry. Our ministry is dedicated to partnering with you, the parents, to help your kids discover God’s love in a safe, fun, and environment. We believe that every child is a gift from God, Psalm 127:3, which states, "Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him". We can’t wait to get to know your family.
Sunday Children’s Activities:
Children’s Hour: During our worship services at 11:00 am, children are invited to proceed to the altar to listen to a brief sermonette based on the biblical scripture and encouraged to recite a memory verse. Following this segment, children will proceed to their designated age group for Sunday School.
Praise and Worship through Music: Kids Praise Chorus and Little Children’s Special Song Offering: We learn about praising God through songs along with movements and playing musical instruments
Sunday School: A commitment to a biblically sound, gospel- centric curriculum about the fundamentals of the Christian Faith to grow in their knowledge of God and His word with arts and crafts time.
Parental Empowerment: When you pick up your child(ren) from Sunday School. Please check their Sunday School activity sheet to reinforce the lessons at home. We also provide events that strengthen your relation to Christ to help equip you with parenting skills.
Safety and Security Procedures:
Check-in/Check-out: Parents make sure that your child is with their Sunday School teachers after the “Children’s Hour”. We have a CB radio stationed at the “sound booth” of the church to use how parents will be notified if their child needs them during the worship service.Please see your child’s Sunday School teacher to pick up your child after the worship service.
Allergies and Special Needs: Please complete the “Sunday School Child Intake” form so we know your child’s important health background
