The Bible
We believe the Bible (Old and New Testaments) is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, our complete and final authority for faith and practice (Matthew 5:18; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21).

God
We believe in one God, Creator of all (Deuteronomy 6:4; Colossians 1:16), eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 13:14; John 10:30). God is eternal (Psalm 90:2), infinite (1 Timothy 1:17), sovereign (Psalm 93:1), omniscient (Psalm 139:1-6), omnipresent (Psalm 139:7-13), omnipotent (Revelation 19:6), unchanging (Malachi 3:6), holy (Isaiah 6:3), just (Deuteronomy 32:4), righteous (Exodus 9:27), loving (1 John 4:8), gracious (Ephesians 2:8), merciful (1 Peter 1:3), and good (Romans 8:28).

Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, God incarnate (God in human form), the image of the Father (Matthew 1:21; John 1:18; Colossians 1:15). Conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary (Matthew 1:23), He is fully God and fully man (John 1:1,14), lived a sinless life (1 John 3:5), and His teachings are true (John 14:6). He died on the cross for all humanity as a substitutionary sacrifice (1 John 2:2; Isaiah 53:5-6), His death providing salvation for all who believe (John 1:12; Acts 16:31). His resurrection (Matthew 28:6; 1 Peter 1:3) and ascension (Acts 1:9-10) attest to His victory. He is now at the right hand of God as our High Priest and Advocate (Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25).

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the deity and personality of the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3-4). He regenerates (Titus 3:5), indwells believers (Romans 8:9), baptizes them into Christ's body (1 Corinthians 12:12-14), seals their salvation (Ephesians 1:13-14), and illuminates the Word (1 Corinthians 2:9-12). He distributes spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:11), though miraculous gifts are not as prevalent as in the early church (1 Corinthians 12:4-11; 2 Corinthians 12:12; Ephesians 2:20; 4:7-12).

Angels and Demons
We believe in the reality of angels, God's servants and messengers (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:2; Hebrews 1:14), and in the existence of Satan, a fallen angel, and his demons, who oppose God and will be eternally punished (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:12-15; Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10).

Humanity
We believe humanity was created in God's image (Genesis 1:26-27), but through Adam's fall, all have inherited a sinful nature and choose to sin (Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23). Humanity is unable to save itself (Ephesians 2:1-5,12). We believe God ordained the family, defined as the union of one man and one woman in covenant marriage, reflecting the union of Christ and His church.

Salvation
We believe salvation is God's gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). Christ's death justifies and redeems us (Romans 5:8-9; 1 Peter 2:24), and His resurrection demonstrates His victory (Romans 14:9). Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Good works are the result, not the requirement, of salvation (James 2). Believers are eternally secure in Christ (John 6:37-40; 10:27-30; Romans 8:1, 38-39; Ephesians 1:13-14; 1 Peter 1:5; Jude 24).

The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all believers (1 Corinthians 12:12-14; 2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 1:22-23, 5:25-27). We practice water baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:41-42, 18:8; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26). The Church's mission is the Great Commission: to share the Gospel with the world (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 5:19-20).
